At least 2 years relevant work experience, with manufacturing experience a plus! Excellent communication skills and the ability to
interact with other team members efficiently, including following verbal and written
instructions and procedures, The ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment, Have the physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift upwards of 50 pounds, including occasionally hand stacking cases when required and computer proficiency!
Customer Service Representative
Valley Personnel is looking for a Customer Service Rep! When it comes to customer service the Customer Service Representative is a key member of the team. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the smooth operations of day to day consumer inquiry's and office support functions at Petcurean corporate head office. This position will also help maintain and enhance the culture of our organization!
Responsibilities include:
Acting as the primary customer service agent for the company
Controlling switchboard and greeting visitors
Arranging courier pick up and signing for deliveries
Remaining current with product changes and new product launches to ensure that information shared with customers is accurate
Tracking and managing coupon and promotional efforts
Tracking how consumers are hearing about our company/products
Sharing the Petcurean approach to pet nutrition
Promoting the Petcurean brand values
Implementing updates to Petcurean.com including:
Ensuring all product information and web content is accurate and up-to-date
Other support duties as required
